Importantly, our lifetime workmanship warranty for wood fences does not cover certain items. Natural wood characteristics, such as checking (cracks), shrinking, and warping, are considered normal wear and are not covered. Additionally, the warranty does not cover damage caused by weather conditions, including storms, high winds, and acts of nature. Any damage resulting from vandalism, climbing, or vehicle accidents is excluded, as is natural wear and tear over time.
